    Pour one cup (250 ml) of boiling water into a bowl. Add the contents of sachet and  stir well until dissolved. Add one cup (250 ml) of cold water and stir again. Pour into serving moulds and chill until firm.

  • Instant Drink Fruits Sugar Free

    To make 1.5 liter of drink (6 servings):
    Empty the content of Aruba drink sachet into a pitcher. Add cold water to make 1.5 liter and stir well. Chill, then add ice and serve. No additional sugar needed.
    Do not store in metal container.

  • Mohalabia With Jelly

    To make Mohalabia:
    - Empty the content of ARUBA Mohalabia sachet into a bowl.
    - Add one liter of milk (4 cups).
    - Heat the mixture and stir well until boiling point and desired consistency.
    - Pour into serving cups and let it cool before putting in the fridge.

    To make the Jelly:
    Pour one cup (250 ml) of boiling water into a bowl. Add the contents of sachet and stir well until dissolved. Add one cup (250 ml) of cold water and stir again.

  • Kashtalia

    - Empty the content of ARUBA Kashtalia sachet into a bowl.
    - Add one liter of milk (4 cups).
    - Heat the mixture and stir well until boiling point and desired consistency.
    - Pour into serving cups and let it cool before putting in the fridge. 
    For a better taste we suggest to add cold sugar syrup as desired before serving.

    To prepare sugar syrup:
    Mix 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of orange blossom and warm on low fire.

  • Sahlab

    - Empty the content of one sachet Sahlab ARUBA into one liter (4 cups) of hot milk.
    - Heat the mixture and stir well until boiling point.
    - Pour into serving cups and serve hot.

  • Cake Mix with Cream

    To make Cake Mix:
    1- Pre-heat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease your pan (weher metal or glass) with butter or non-stick cooking spray and lightly flour.
    2- Beat the powder cake mix, water and eggs in large bowl on high speed for 3 minutes. Pour the batter into pre-greased pan.
    3- Bake in pre-heated oven as directed on illustrations according to pan shape. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    4- Cool the cake for 10 minutes before removing it from pan.

    To make the whipping cream we need to:
    1- Blend in a deep bowl one sachet ARUBA Chantilly cream with ½ cup of cold milk (125 ml).
    2- Beat on high speed with electric mixer for 3-4 minutes or until topping is thick and fluffy.
    3- Store covered in refrigerator.
    4- Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of cold milk if topping seems too thick then stir before serving.

  • Dumpling Mix

    1- Mix in a bowl Dumpling Mix ARUBA with the content of instant yeast sachet ARUBA.
    2- Add 500 ml (2 cups) of water and stir well until you get a smooth batter.
    3- Cover the bowl with a wet cloth and leave it to rise in a warm place  for 45 minutes.
    4- With two teaspoons, form small balls and drop them in previously heated oil. Fry them until golden brown.
    5- Drain the balls directly in the warm sugar syrup for 1 minute or according to taste.

    To prepare sugar syrup:
